NEW COVID-19 Policy and Curbside Care

Clients are currently allowed in the building with their pets.  Please call upon your arrival to speed up the check-in process.  Masks are recommended but are not required for our clients, and some of our team members may continue masking.  Please let us know if you prefer our team to mask during your appointment, and we will accommodate your request.  Curbside care is still available.  Each exam room is thoroughly cleaned between appointments for your safety and your pet’s safety.

We practice both social distancing and Fear Free operations by not overbooking appointments, minimizing time spent in the waiting area, and asking clients to wait in the exam room with their pet until it is time to check out.

We continue to utilize CDC guidelines on COVID-19 illness and exposure and will be screening clients.  Please let our staff know if you have been experiencing signs of illness associated with COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the 10 days prior to your appointment.  We will be happy to provide curbside care in the case of exposure or signs of illness.  However, we ask that anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 10 days please have a friend or family member bring your pet for the curbside appointment.
